Athlete Virtual Training

Athletes, don't lose your competitive edge when its time to get back in the game! Register for our weekly virtual athlete training program and receive 5 different workouts each week including:

  • Strength & Power Mondays and Wednesdays  Two different video workouts with corresponding written routines designed to help increase strength and explosive power while decreasing risk of injury.  

  • Speed and Agility:  Tuesdays and Thursday Two different video workouts with corresponding written routines designed to increase multi directional speed, change of direction speed, hand/foot-eye coordination, balance, stability and mobility.
  • Athlete Core Training: Fridays Video workout with corresponding written routine designed to increase strength and muscular endurance of all the muscles comprising the power center of every athlete: the "core" 
All programs are designed and instructed by NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists with over 22 years experience training athletes of all levels, including D1 and professional.
